Thanks for stopping by our jewelry shop! We specialize in handcrafted jewelry, including stunning crystal jewelry pieces such as our popular crystal choker necklace. Our jewelry can be customized to your liking, utilizing a variety of finishes and genuine crystal colors. We use some of the best materials in our jewelry so you can feel confident you are receiving high-quality items. All crystals are set by hand, and each piece is meticulously cared for. Every item will feature a small star charm, ensuring you know it was handcrafted by Stargazers Jewelry. Additionally, we create unique photo jewelry. Simply email us your favorite photos—whether of children, pets, baby sonograms, family, or friends—and we will transform them into wearable necklaces, bracelets, or keychains! Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our buyers love their jewelry and have a positive shopping experience. I photograph our pieces using natural lighting to show the true colors and details of our jewelry. However, colors may vary due to your monitor or viewing device. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will work together to reach a satisfactory conclusion. For sanitary reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on earrings, and custom orders are also non-returnable. If a return is necessary, the item must be in its original unused condition. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility, and tracking as well as insurance for the retail value must be purchased. Refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQ

All our jewelry is created in our studio in beautiful VA. Each piece is designed by me and/or inspired by the ideas and requests of my customers. I do not duplicate other designers or brands. All items on this site, including our custom handmade jewelry, showcase my own artistic designs, and any resemblance to other companies' designs is purely coincidental.  

Every item can be customized to your liking with your choice of finish and/or crystal colors. We provide necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, hair pins, sets, and more. If you don't see what you need on our site, please contact us, and we will be happy to collaborate with you to design your desired piece! A deposit of 50% of the order total will be required for all custom orders.  

We work hard to complete orders and get them to our customers as soon as possible, typically within 2-5 business days. I try to keep materials in stock, but occasionally I may need to order items to complete orders. If additional processing time is required, I will notify you accordingly. More time may be necessary if gluing or soldering is involved.  

Each piece is handcrafted, making it delicate. The metal is plated, and each genuine crystal is individually set. Therefore, special care is required:

* Store your jewelry in a safe place to avoid scratches.

* To clean, polish using a soft cloth.

* Avoid contact with water.

* Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying perfume, lotions, soap, hairspray, etc., as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating while causing discoloration and a loss of crystal brilliance.
